The internet is an amazing place for kids to explore, learn and create, but it also comes with its risks. That’s why we’ve brought together the NSPCC’s expertise in protecting children and O2’s tech know-how. Helping you keep your kids safe online.

O2 has a network of expert Gurus who are trained to help you keep your kids safe online by answering your technical questions. You can speak to them over the phone through our Advice Line or in-person in O2 stores across the country. Talking to an O2 Guru is free and you don’t need to be an O2 customer to get their help.

They can support you with a range of things, from setting up parental controls to giving you tips on how to stay safe on the platforms your kids are using.

We’ve also got lots of advice from our helpful Gurus across Net Aware. Check out the Guru top tips on our reviews for social networks, apps and games and on our tips and advice page.
